You’ll find a leather sofa, a couple of armchairs, a smart TV for when you fancy a film, and some board games for quiet evenings in. Simple, welcoming, and just right for unwinding.

Lounge

The second lounge is a separate room from the main living area, giving you a bit of extra space when you need it. There are comfy sofas, a wood-burning stove, and a dining table for meals, games, or even a bit of work if needed. It’s a quiet spot to take it easy or do your own thing for a while.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a practical space with rustic charm. There’s a range cooker for bigger meals and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. You’ll find shaker cupboards, wooden worktops, and all the basics—plenty of crockery, cookware, and a retro-style fridge. Whether you’re making breakfast or cooking for the family, you’ll have everything you need.

Conservatory

The conservatory is a bright, airy space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a glass roof, so there’s plenty of natural light. There’s a comfy sofa for relaxing and a big dining table for meals, games, or just sitting together. You can open the doors to let in some fresh air or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a nice spot for breakfast, reading, or spending time with family and friends.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is a calm, comfortable space with a king-size bed, fresh linens, and plenty of pillows—great for a good night’s sleep or a lazy morning. There’s a dressing table for getting ready, a TV for when you want to unwind, and remote-operated skylights and blinds so you can control the light without leaving bed. The room has its own en suite bathroom for extra convenience. With views out to the garden, it’s a quiet spot to relax and take it easy at the end of the day.

En Suite

The master bedroom has its own en suite with a roomy walk-in shower and a waterfall shower head- great for a proper refresh after a busy day. There’s a handy backlit mirror and plenty of space for your toiletries. Simple, modern, and easy to use—just what you need for a comfortable stay.

Second Bedroom

Perfect for kids, friends, or anyone who likes their own space, the twin bedroom has two full-sized single beds and a handy dressing table. There’s a large cupboard for all your holiday gear, and you’ll even catch a glimpse of the sea from the window. Bright, comfy, and practical—just what you need for a relaxing stay.

Third Bedroom

The third bedroom is a comfortable and welcoming space with a double bed and fresh bedding. There’s a dressing table for getting ready, plus a cupboard for storing your things. The window offers partial sea views, so you can catch a glimpse of the coast in the morning. It’s a simple, tidy room that’s just right for winding down after a day out exploring.

Family Bathroom 

The family bathroom is simple and practical, with everything you need to freshen up after a day out. There’s a full-size bath for a soak, plus a shower over the bath if you prefer. You’ll also find a sink, toilet, and some handy storage for your toiletries. It’s a clean, comfortable space that works well for families or anyone sharing.

Garden

Step outside into the garden—a real sun trap that’s perfect for relaxing. There’s a comfy sofa, chairs, and a coffee table—just right for morning coffees or evening drinks. You’ll also find a BBQ for easy summer cooking. 

Parking

Parking’s easy—right opposite the cottage, there’s off-road private parking for 2 to 3 cars (depending on their size). No need to worry about finding a space when you arrive.
